Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Damaged or Lost Items
If your cargo is damaged or lost during transportation:

- File a claim within 24 hours of delivery or discovery of loss
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- Compensation will be provided based on declared value and insurance coverage
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: 75% cancellation fee
- Cancellations after pickup has occurred: No refund available
Exceptions
